BCIC’s Accelerated Commercialization Enhancement (ACE) initiative features an innovative new suite of programs focused on accelerating commercialization and enhancing collaboration in British Columbia's technology industry.

The initial programs developed under ACE are scholarships that partner a science, engineering or health research graduate student with an MBA student to collaborate in technology development, create a business plan and pitch the opportunity to investors and industry.

British Columbia Industrial Innovation Scholarship

for natural science, engineering and health research graduate students

$20,000 annually for Masters students

$25,000 annually for PhD students

British Columbia MBA Access to Commercialization Scholarship

$15,000 during the span of the student’s program

Precarn and BC Innovation Council British Columbia Industrial Innovation Scholarship in Intelligent Systems

jointly supported scholarship for science and engineering graduate students with a focus on intelligent systems

$20,000 annually for Masters students

$25,000 annually for PhD students
